What to Expect
We want your first visit to feel easy and enjoyable. Join us on Sundays at 9:30 AM for a one-hour service. You’ll see everything from suits and dresses to jeans and t-shirts—so wear whatever makes you comfortable. Grab a cup of coffee before or after, and expect a warm welcome from our greeters. If we miss you, just jot your info in the fellowship pad—we’d love to follow up and say hi.
Music
Our worship band leads each week with a modern blended style. The choir joins the band about once a month during the school year, and the kids’ choir shares their joyful music a few times each year. During holidays, we celebrate with special music and a variety of instruments. Together, we invite every generation to lift their voices in praise.
Children
We love kids at Rosewood! During the service, we offer nursery for little ones (0–2 years) and age-specific programs for preschool through 5th grade. When you arrive, just stop by our Check-In Center in the center of the Lobby to get started. Tap here to learn more about Kids Ministries.
The nursery is open and staffed during the entire service. Kids 3 years old through the fifth grade stay in service for the first 20 minutes and then are released to their specific groups.
Pickup instructions will be provided when you check them in.

Mission & Values
We believe anything alive will grow and change, and that includes our church. Our vision gives us a future target of who we will be and helps us not get stuck in the urgency of the present. The consistory and staff have discerned that God is directing us towards a greater investment in the next generation (ages 0-22) through leadership multiplication. Scripture casts this vision by placing discipleship in the church and home, and if a young person is being invested in through both we will increase the odds of a lifeline faith that grows up with them.
We must continuously ask this question: What is the faith of the next generation worth? We say everything.
Mission: Empowered by Christ to reveal His love and reach our communities.
Rosewood’s mission statement is a clear and concise statement that defines what we are ultimately supposed to be doing. That also means our mission statement, at it’s core, isn’t much different from every other Christian church. And that’s how it should be! Every Bible believing, Christ honoring church shares this mandate, and this is how we phrase ours according to the unique culture of Rosewood.
Values:
- Welcoming our neighbors with joyful hospitality.
- Serving through acts of compassion and generosity.
- Equipping one another for spiritual growth.
Our values are our shared convictions that guide the actions and uncover the strengths of our church. Unlike our mission, these values are unique to Rosewood as they reflect our most deeply held ideals. Because we are always changing and growing, we are always looking for ways to better live out of our values.
What We Believe
Unity in the essentials, charity in the nonessentials
At Rosewood, we hold to the essentials of the Christian faith while giving space for differences in the nonessentials. We don’t claim to have every answer—God is bigger than our full understanding. What unites us is Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Around that center, we walk together with humility and grace, even when we don’t all see eye to eye.
About God
We believe in one God who exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus, the Son of God, became human to reveal God’s love and rescue a broken world.
About the Bible
We believe the Bible is inspired by God and trustworthy in revealing God’s character, his offer of salvation, and how to live in love of God and others, and it is infallible in these purposes.
About humanity
We believe every person is created in God’s image, but our sin has separated us from Him. On our own, we can’t restore that relationship, but by God’s mercy and grace, we find harmony again.
About salvation
We believe Jesus’ death and resurrection make forgiveness and new life possible. Salvation is a gift to all who trust him.
About the Christian life
We believe the Holy Spirit empowers believers to grow, obey God’s Word, and become more like Jesus. Your love for God is affirmed and authenticated by your love for others.
About the Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of those who follow Him. Together, we live out His mission to love God and reach our communities. It is through the worldwide Church that the Spirt of God is at work in every community, region, and country.
About cultural engagement
We believe God calls us to be faithfully present in the world—not retreating from it, and not waging war against it. Life isn’t aren’t about escaping the world; it’s about being equipped to change it with Christ’s love.
Our Facilities

Our campus includes a welcoming sanctuary and lobby, nurseries for little ones, and an educational wing with a full gym and 32 classrooms. We also have an office wing and a separate Youth Building, which serves both our students and many community events. Everything is handicap accessible, and a sign language interpreter is present every Sunday morning.
Sensory Room
We recently added a safe, calming space designed especially for children who may feel overwhelmed during services. It’s one more way we strive to make Rosewood a place where every child can feel comfortable and cared for. When you check your child in before service, let the attendant know you may be interested in using the Sensory Room.
